Job Scope: Support the identification of training needs and assist in developing suitable learning and development programmes.

Coordinate training programmes, including course registration, scheduling, participant enrolment, logistics and communication with trainers or providers.

Prepare and maintain training materials, e-learning content and other learning resources.

Support the delivery of onboarding, induction programmes, employee engagement activities and other learning initiatives.

Maintain training records and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Support performance management activities, including coordination, documentation and tracking of performance-related processes.

Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines .

Candidate with at least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in a technical, industrial, , engineering, energy, oil & gas are welcome to apply.
