Healthcare Business Development - Central, 5.25-day

Summary: 5.25-day work week (Alternate Sat) Location: Central area Responsibilities: Support business development initiatives to drive organisational growth and strengthen existing partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare partners, referring physicians and corporate clients. Coordinate meetings, networking events, healthcare talks and other business development activities. Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, reports and marketing materials. Conduct market research and maintain accurate referral and client databases. Support digital marketing, branding and promotional activities as required. Provide administrative and operational support to clinic services when needed. Assist with appointment coordination, patient enquiries and billing-related matters where required. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of business development and day-to-day operations. Support ad-hoc business development projects and other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, business development, or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Proactive, positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
