F&B Service Captain (Sentosa) – Company Transport Provided

Your tasks

• Welcome guests warmly, assist with seating and provide attentive dining service.
• Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations and attend to guests’ requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure accurate and timely food delivery.
• Guide and support service crew to maintain smooth daily operations and service standards.
• Ensure dining areas are clean, organized and maintained according to hygiene and safety requirements.
• Handle guest feedback and service issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, table setup and other operational tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a restaurant, hotel or hospitality setting.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with a positive and professional attitude.
• Able to coordinate with team members and support daily service operations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining food hygiene and service standards.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays according to operational requirements.
