Job Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the daily restaurant service operations , ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards. Provide attentive guest service , handle enquiries and feedback, and ensure a positive dining experience. Guide and support service team members, coordinate table assignments and assist with other operational duties as required.

Job Requirements Previous experience in food & beverage, restaurant or hospitality operations , preferably in a supervisory or captain role. Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food & beverage operations and guest service . Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally. Able to lead, guide and coordinate service team members to maintain smooth daily operations. Responsible, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
