[Entry Level] - Technician/ Assistant Engineer (Production/ QA/ NPI)| 5 day, MNC [R22107578]

Your tasks

Production & Manufacturing

• Perform production, assembly and testing activities according to work instructions and SOPs.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support daily production activities and achieve required output and quality standards.
• Handle materials and components appropriately throughout the production process.
• Perform equipment setup, changeover, cleaning and basic maintenance activities.

Quality Inspection

• Conduct inspections and visual checks to ensure finished products meet customer and quality requirements.
• Identify defective or non-conforming materials and escalate issues to the relevant engineering / quality team.
• Maintain inspection records, production documentation and related reports.

Manufacturing Engineering / NPI

• Support engineering builds, product trials, New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfer activities.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting production and process-related issues.
• Perform equipment, tooling and process checks.
• Collect production and process data for analysis.
• Support engineering change implementation and update manufacturing documentation.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists and process records.

General Engineering & Process Support

• Assist with basic troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
• Participate in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

We are hiring entry-level and junior technicians to join established MNCs in the manufacturing, semiconductor and electronics industries.

• Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Eletronics/ Precision Engineering or any equivalent
• Entry levels are welcomed, as training will be provided
• Candidates with experiences of manufacturing, production, semiconductor, electronics or precision engineering experience will have an advantage
