Your tasks
Job Scope
- Assist in cost estimation, tender preparation and evaluation, including cost comparisons and pricing summaries.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and assist in negotiations.
- Prepare and administer tender and contract documents.
- Perform accurate quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor/supplier payments and final accounts.
- Evaluate and certify progress work done and handle contract administration for variations.
- Prepare variation orders, claims, final accounts and payment settlements.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams to ensure timely completion of QS matters.
- Perform other QS-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, or a related field.
- 1- 2 years of relevant experience will be an added advantage.
