Electromechanical Technician (Soldering / Oil & Gas Industry)

Join a growing engineering team to assemble, test, and troubleshoot high-precision electromechanical equipment used in industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components based on engineering drawings and work instructions
- Perform wiring, cable routing, connector assembly and J-STD soldering
- Conduct functional testing, inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Install and verify sensors, motors and other electromechanical components
- Use hand tools, multimeters, torque tools and other testing equipment
- Record test results and support quality documentation
- Work closely with engineers to improve manufacturing and assembly processes
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automation or a related discipline
- Experienced in assembly, manufacturing, production testing or electromechanical equipment
- Skilled in soldering work is a must
- Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, mechanical assembly and troubleshooting
- Experience in precision equipment, industrial automation, instrumentation, oil & gas, semiconductor or medical devices is an advantage
