Your tasks

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.
• Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen station.
• Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and portioning.
• Ensure food is presented properly before serving.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion sizes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

Requirements

• Candidate with western cuisine experience in fine dining setting are welcome to apply.

What we offer

Summary

• Basic $3500-$4000
• 12-18 Annual Leave, Annual bonus
