Industry: Healthcare / Eldercare Salary: Local: $2500 basic Night shift allowance: Weekday $20 / Weekend $30 Housing allowance: $400 (subject to eligibility) AWS + Variable Bonus Working Hours: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, 4-3-3-4 shift Work Location: 10 mins walking distance from Kovan mrt Job Responsibilities Provide care, companionship, and support to residents in their daily routines. Monitor residents’ general well-being and report any concerns to the supervisor. Maintain a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for residents. Support social and recreational activities for residents. Ensure care equipment and supplies are clean, organised, and ready for use. Provide warm and professional service to residents and their families. Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Minimum N-Level or O-Level. 1–2 years of eldercare experience preferred. BCLS and First Aid certification is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
