Responsibilities Captain Supervised and supported junior service staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Assigned service sections and coordinated floor operations to maintain efficient service flow.

Ensured consistent adherence to service standards, company SOPs, and operational procedures.

Served as the key liaison between management and the service team, facilitating effective communication.

Assisted with the training, onboarding, and development of new service staff.

Cook Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards.

Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

Store and handle ingredients in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
