Responsibilities: Prepare and draft M&E system drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Perform quantity take-off for MEP services and prepare related documentation.

Support construction phase with shop drawings, testing, and commissioning documentation.

Conduct inspection checks and testing follow-up after installation works.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to resolve interface issues.

Carry out duct sizing and calculations manually and using duct checker software.

Design ventilation systems, including fan, grille, and diffuser sizing.

Assist senior BIM modelers with CSD (Combined Services Drawings) and submissions.

Requirements: Diploma or higher  in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related discipline.

3–5 years’ experience  in M&E drafting with exposure to  LTA projects  (Electrical, Fire Protection, ECS services).

Proficiency in BIM drafting and coordination.

BCA Specialist Diploma in BIM  will be an added advantage.
