COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT (M/F)

STAFFIZY is recruiting for one of its clients, a subsidiary of a large INTERNATIONAL GROUP SPECIALIZING IN MOBILITY SOLUTIONS, at its Toulouse branch, a:

TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT (M/F)

The position is to be filled immediately, as an 8-month temporary contract.

Your main missions:

Analyze customer needs and understand their technical problems Develop, design, and complete technical offers Prepare quotes (estimating labor, material, and repair costs) Globally manage ongoing quotes and spare parts orders as well as repairs from reception to invoicing Ensure reporting to management and customers Coordinate progress between the different stakeholders in the process Assist and prepare meetings with project managers and/or Customers Management of delivery documents

office hours from Monday to Friday

Salary: 2800 to 3100EUR per month

This position is intended for a profile with a BAC+2/+3 DEGREE IN LOGISTICS OR EQUIVALENT, with a MINIMUM of 3 YEARS of experience in an INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS CONTEXT (reference to the original content, even if the degree seems offset from the Commercial Assistant missions).

• MASTERY OF IT AND OFFICE TOOLS (Pack Office, messaging) as well as COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT software (CRM DYNAMICS TOOL) is necessary.
• MASTERY OF PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH IS INDISPENSABLE. Mastery of German is an additional asset.
