TRANSIT AGENT M/F (M/F)

STAFFIZY is looking for, for one of its clients specializing in full container maritime transport, an Experienced Transit Agent.

You will ensure the complete management of maritime transport files, from opening to closing:

• Contacting and following up on client relations
• Organization of maritime shipments
• Booking with shipping lines (booking)
• Management of Bill of Lading instructions (BL - Bill of Lading)
• Coordination of pre- and post-carriage road transport operations
• Management and follow-up of customs formalities
• Interface with corresponding agents in France and abroad
• Operational follow-up of shipments until delivery
• Control and establishment of invoicing

Working time: 35h/week Hours: 09:00 - 12:00 / 13:00 - 17:00

Remuneration and benefits Salary: according to profile and experience Meal vouchers: 9.50 EUR per day (40% employee share / 60% employer share) 13th month

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Maritime Transit Agent.
• Mastery of full container maritime transport (FCL)
• Imperative experience on flows from France and Europe to DROM-COM

Essential technical skills:

Mastery of Incoterms:

• Management of BL instructions on shipping line portals
• Good knowledge of customs operations
• Autonomous management of transit files from A to Z

IT Tools:

• S1 software: indispensable mastery
• Keymad software: indispensable mastery, especially for dangerous goods

Languages:

• Professional English is imperative for daily exchanges with foreign agents and European partners
