Human Resources Assistant (M/F)

Your tasks

As the Human Resources Manager within an industrial site, you are the preferred partner for managers and management for all HR matters.

Your main missions

• Drive recruitment in connection with operational managers and support the integration of new employees
• Monitor professional paths: evaluations, internal mobility, development, and skill evolution
• Deploy and coordinate the annual training plan and ensure its administrative follow-up
• Manage personnel administration: employment contracts, absences, working time, employee files, relations with external organizations
• Prepare and control variable payroll elements in connection with the payroll department
• Advise managers on daily HR issues and ensure the proper application of the HR policy
• Foster a high-quality social climate and maintain regular dialogue with employees
• Participate in the budgetary monitoring of human resources-related expenses
• Ensure the interface between different internal services and external partners
• Support employees in certain procedures related to their mobility or relocation

Requirements

You are an HR Manager wishing to intervene on all human resources topics of an industrial site.

• Higher education in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (minimum Bac+3)
• Successful first experience as an HR Manager in an industrial environment
• Mastery of personnel administration and good knowledge of social legislation
• Very good mastery of office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of an ERP is appreciated
• Intermediate to advanced level of English
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills, sense of service, and listening ability
• Organization, autonomy, field presence, discretion, and strong rigor in processing files
• Ease in working closely with field teams and managers
