Maritime Transit Agent (M/F)

Your tasks

• Organize and monitor maritime import shipments
• Coordinate operations with carriers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and partners.
• Check transport documents and ensure their compliance.
• Manage administrative and customs formalities related to import operations.
• Inform clients of the progress of their files and handle their requests.
• Ensure invoicing of files and cost monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and internal procedures.

Requirements

• Training in Transport, Logistics, or International Trade.
• First successful experience in import transit desired.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and Incoterms.
• Proficiency in IT tools and industry-specific software.
• Professional English appreciated.
• Rigor, organizational skills, and reactivity.
• Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
