Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Perform room grouping/mapping for high-value properties, ensuring room types are correctly mapped and grouped under the right room structure.
• Audit newly live global chain properties to ensure content completeness and accuracy (photos, descriptions, facilities/amenities, policies, and geo-location).
• Audit and integrate newly added rooms into existing property structures, including room media and correct grouping.
• Correct or escalate content discrepancies (wrong mapping, missing/incorrect photos, inaccurate policy or facility info) to the relevant team.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets within the agreed turnaround time (SLA).
• Maintain task trackers and prepare regular progress reports (volume completed, backlog, error findings).
• Follow content guidelines/SOP and give feedback on edge cases.

Persyaratan Pekerjaan

• Bachelor and/or diploma degree in any field (preferred fields: computer science, linguistics, data science, communications, or related).
• Good English skills (reading and comprehension), since a significant portion of the data will be in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex, written instructions precisely.
• Basic computer skills: web browsing, file management, and spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
• Ability to work independently, stay focused on repetitive tasks, and maintain consistent quality.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (for remote roles).
• Prior experience in data labeling, data entry, QA, or content moderation is preferred.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and why high-quality labels matter is a plus.
• Able to work under targets/SLA with good communication skills.
