Strategic Analytics & Insight Executive

Staffinc Group is currently opening an opportunity to join the Strategic Analytics & Insight Executive position. The details are as follows:

📍Placement: Jakarta Pusat

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics/Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Psychology, or related)
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning) and PowerPoint (visualization and storyline).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data sets and quantitative methods.
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
• Fast learner with a proactive, problem‐solving mindset.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, SQL, or Python is a plus.

Jobdesc:

• Develop quantitative research questionnaires aligned with project goals.
• Manage daily client communication and coordination.
• Process, analyze, and interpret data to produce insights.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for internal teams and clients.
• Support research design, market tracking, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to gather inputs and validate findings.
• Assist in creating dashboards, reports, and analytical materials.
