Job Description
- Perform daily reconciliation and matching of B2B transactions (API & non-API) between the accounting system and partner/reseller reports
- Investigate mismatched transactions and prepare adjustment journals as needed
- Maintain and update partner bookkeeping for B2B affiliate accounts (international OTA resellers)
- Prepare settlement documents and record payment journals
- Support Accounts Receivable follow-ups and collection monitoring for B2B partners
- Support dispute handling (bad debt, chargeback) by preparing data and supporting documents
- Support credit control monitoring, including the credit line restore process
- Prepare periodic reconciliation reports and aging reports for management
- Maintain documentation for reconciliation and settlement processes (supporting SOP and maker-checker implementation)
- Provide supporting documents for audit and compliance purposes
- Coordinate with internal teams (Commercial, Product, Finance) as well as external partners to resolve data discrepancies
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, maximum age 30 years old
- Proficient in operating Excel/Google Sheets (reconciliation, data matching, reporting) as well as ERP/Workday systems
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, settlement, and basic credit control
- Understanding of tax calculations as well as accounting/financial reporting standards
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical & numerical skills; able to handle high-volume datasets
- Comfortable with structured and repetitive work; possesses good documentation skills
- Good communication & stakeholder management skills; able to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Good English (reading & writing) — required for correspondence with international OTA partners
