A successful construction business is adding a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Interior fit-out) to its team.
Your tasks
Requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers on contractual and cost-related matters.
- Review contract documents and identify potential risks and cost implications.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and company policies.
- Support project team in procurement and contract administration.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction/interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract administration, and project costing.
- Key skills: Project Specification, Analytical Approach, Construction Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying, construction industry.
