We are looking for a PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR with knowledge in AutoCAD to coordinate plant expansion and adaptation projects, including the opening of a new CEDIS.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Coordinate plant expansion and adaptation projects.
- Work alongside the architect on the modifications of the new CEDIS.
- Prepare, review, and update plans and layouts in AutoCAD.
- Coordinate quotes, suppliers, contractors, and execution dates.
- Follow up on schedules, budgets, and project progress.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Student or intern in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (indispensable).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Conversational English
- Planning and organization, negotiation, follow-up and control, effective communication, and results orientation skills.
- Schedule availability: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00.
