Global Manufacturing Planner - Bilingual

A leading company in software-defined networking solutions for large-scale data centers and high-performance computing environments is looking to hire a Global Manufacturing Planner to strengthen its supply chain.

The selected person will be key to ensuring the company is ready to manufacture and deliver new products to strategic customers, particularly in the Cloud, NeoCloud, and Artificial Intelligence segments.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to anticipate product launches and strategic negotiations with key customers.
• Work with account managers to understand each customer's delivery expectations and consolidate a comprehensive view of demand.
• Design ramp-up plans, commitment schedules, and production priorities together with the New Product Introduction (NPI), Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
• Coordinate the transition of products from their development phase (NPI) to mass production, ensuring all teams are aligned and operationally ready.
• Monitor demand fluctuations and supply variables to identify risks and take preventive actions.
• Provide visibility of potential orders to the Finance area to support revenue impact assessment and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and optimize planning tools and processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the area.

Requirements:

• 5 years or more of experience in similar positions within the manufacturing, technology, or supply chain industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computing tools, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is a plus.
