Commercial Executive – Consultative Sales

Do you have experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, and business development? Are you passionate about generating long-term commercial relationships and accompanying your clients in solving their needs?

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join a team focused on offering specialized solutions and services for companies, mainly within the Human Resources sector.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, and/or commercialization of Human Resources services.
• Experience in prospecting, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Advanced English.
• Sensitivity and adaptation to work in multicultural environments.
• Availability to travel.
• Availability to serve clients in different time zones.
• Own automobile.
• Easy access to Polanco, CDMX.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Generate, develop, and maintain a client portfolio.
• Identify the needs of each client and present tailored commercial solutions.
• Perform commercial presentations, prepare quotes and proposals.
• Negotiate commercial conditions and lead the process until the sales closing.
• Follow up with clients during the commercial process and after the sale.
• Develop long-term commercial relationships and contribute to client loyalty.
• Meet monthly commercial goals and performance indicators.
• Record and keep prospect and client information updated in CRM.
• Follow up on commercial opportunities with national and international clients.
