International company is looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent English proficiency to provide customer service and support in purchasing processes for various fashion brands. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. Advanced English (indispensable) spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer use. Experience or knowledge in CRM. Desirable experience in call center. Schedule availability (to cover morning or afternoon shifts) Availability for on-site work Activities: Customer service via telephone, email, and chat. Providing guidance and resolving customer doubts. Processing order payments in online stores for different brands. Follow-up on requests and resolution of complaints. Providing clear information and professional customer service.
