We are looking for a Senior SAP SD Consultant with solid functional and technical experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), especially in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, complex incident support, and integration of electronic invoicing solutions (e-Invoicing).
Main responsibilities
- Provide specialized functional and technical support in SAP SD.
- Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to Order-to-Cash processes.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Participate in SAP projects, rollouts, implementations, and improvements.
- Analyze and follow up on integrations between SAP and external electronic invoicing platforms.
- Work with Sales Orders, Deliveries, Shipping, Billing, and Pricing processes.
- Participate in Credit Management, Returns, Cancellations, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes processes.
- Support Intercompany Sales, Tax Determination, and Account Determination processes.
- Work with SAP SD-FI and Document Flow integrations.
- Collaborate with international teams and different functional and technical areas.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in SAP.
- Solid and verifiable experience as a Senior SAP SD Consultant.
- Extensive knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in support, incident analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or improvement projects.
