Find more information on our Event Factory: www.grimaldiforum.com The Position Integrated within the audiovisual and scenic team of the Direction des Manifestations, you ensure the coordination and control of the interventions of the various audiovisual and scenic teams working in the spaces of the Grimaldi Forum, in order to guarantee the best match between the technical means implemented, optimized cost management, and the client's needs, for their optimal satisfaction. The Missions In the field, you are responsible for the supervision and synthesis of studies conducted by the service's technical departments (sound, light, video, and stage machinery). You carry out and direct the stage setups and strikes and coordinate the work of the technicians placed under your responsibility. You collaborate with the technical account manager, the technical manager, and the Project Managers and participate in the preparation and organization meetings of events with clients. Your technical assistance aims for the best match between the technical means implemented, optimized cost management, and the client's needs, for their optimal satisfaction. You ensure the proper upkeep of the rooms and spaces of the Grimaldi Forum, participate in the management & maintenance of the equipment fleet, and are responsible for compliance with applicable rules, standards, and procedures regarding safety. You ensure the production logistics of the events hosted in our spaces: technical and logistical preparation and implementation (dressing rooms, ancillary arrangements), planning, management of intermittent technical personnel, coordination with the PCS, and control of the interventions of the technical departments and external providers. Profile Sought You have similar experience as an audiovisual or stage manager, ideally within structures with a wide event spectrum (culture and business tourism). You benefit from solid expertise in audiovisual techniques and speak English fluently. Dynamic, rigorous, and versatile, you like both planning and management activities, as well as coordination and animation in the field. You have good regulatory knowledge: ERP, hygiene, and safety related to technical performing arts professions. An event facilitator, you are "solution-oriented."
