Assistant Store Manager (M/F)

We are recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a luxury house specializing in the optics and eyewear sector, offering exclusive frames and prestigious brands.

Main Missions:

• Drive and monitor the commercial performance of the point of sale through the analysis of turnover, sales, and key performance indicators (KPI).
• Produce daily and weekly commercial reports.
• Analyze the results of the point of sale and implement appropriate action plans to achieve objectives.
• Participate in the animation, support, and development of the team.
• Set and monitor individual and collective objectives to strengthen team motivation and performance.
• Foster a positive team spirit and contribute to a good working atmosphere.
• Guarantee a high-end customer experience and a level of service in accordance with luxury standards.
• Act as an ambassador for the image, products, and brands to customers and the team.
• Contribute to customer loyalty and the development of the point of sale's profitability.

Profile sought:

You have at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar role within the retail sector. You are results-oriented, have a good command of performance indicators, and enjoy working in the field. Dynamic, energetic, and benevolent, you possess natural leadership and know how to support and motivate a team. You have an excellent sensitivity to the world of fashion, luxury, and sales, as well as a true sense of customer service. You are comfortable in a demanding and international environment. Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of a third language is an asset.
