As an Outbound Sales Specialist in our Customer Success Team, you'll be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential and existing customers. This role requires a proactive and persuasive communicator who is adept at identifying potential leads, introducing our products/services, and finding sales opportunities.
Sales & Account Support: Conduct outbound B2B calls to targeted sales leads with the aim of promoting our products and services and generating sales opportunities about 60% of work time. Actively contribute to staff.am's ecosystem's further growth.
Customer Care: Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Billing Coordination: Oversee day-to-day billing operations and coordinate with our accounting service provider regarding invoicing, reporting, and related matters.
Operational Support: Support the team manager with special projects and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
At least 6 months of previous experience in sales, ideally in a Call Center environment is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Russian and English

Type: Full-time, strictly office-based. (Please apply only if you are able to work from our office full-time).
Schedule : Monday to Friday.
Hours : 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00.
