With highly efficient energy parks and forward-looking energy networks, we supply our customers securely and competently with electricity, natural gas, and district heating. We have been producing the entire amount of electricity required in Halle in an environmentally friendly and ecological manner since 2012. We would like to fill the position permanently at the earliest possible date! Your tasks:
- You are the personal interface between the specialist department and the central IT,
- You are responsible for the planning, control, and implementation of IT projects – from requirements engineering to successful handover,
- You take on the project management of interdisciplinary and cross-company teams,
- Recording, analyzing, and documenting functional IT requirements in cooperation with internal stakeholders,
- You are responsible for the coordination of IT requirements between internal and external partners,
- You develop and evaluate IT solutions in cooperation with the internal specialist departments, the ITC, and other external partners and manufacturers,
- You initiate the economic feasibility estimation regarding costs, investments, and savings in the specialist departments for new IT investments and undertake active risk management,
- You are responsible for the creation and control of project effort planning and project plans, as well as supporting test, rollout, and training activities and the control and management of qualitative and quantitative project goals,
- In the role of IT Customer Manager, you convey the IT strategic and operational approaches and work packages of the central IT to the specialist department,
- You organize committee meetings and create decision templates.
Our requirements for you:
- completed studies (Diplom or Master) in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification,
- several years of experience in project management and requirements analysis,
- good knowledge regarding business requirements in the energy industry is desirable,
- experience in project design with an internal and external customer focus,
- knowledge in the environment of collaboration and project management tools and methods,
- good English skills.
