Cybersecurity Architect [M/F]

The goal of the project is to design, develop, and ensure a consistent cybersecurity architecture for the organization, which will enable the secure development and integration of IT systems, applications, and services, while simultaneously mitigating cybersecurity risks and protecting data.

Daily tasks

• Designing and developing cybersecurity architecture in accordance with the strategy, business goals, and organizational requirements.
• Analyzing business, functional, and security requirements and translating them into secure architectural and technical solutions.
• Developing architectural documentation, specifications, and security standards.
• Designing solutions according to Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles and ensuring security throughout the entire system development lifecycle.
• Conducting architecture security reviews, identifying risks, and recommending actions to mitigate threats.
• Overseeing the integration and implementation of cybersecurity solutions and collaborating with IT, development, architecture, and security teams.
• Assessing the impact of implemented security solutions on architecture, performance, availability, and system resilience.
• Monitoring technological changes and cybersecurity trends and adapting the architecture to new threats.
• Presenting architectural concepts and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Acting as a technology leader in the area of security architecture and supporting teams in the implementation of adopted solutions.

Requirements

Min. 6 years of experience in a similar position, Expert knowledge in the field of cybersecurity and application architecture, including Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Security by Design, and Privacy by Design. Experience in designing security architecture and selecting appropriate protection mechanisms, including access control, cryptography, and solutions ensuring architectural resilience. Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into architectures, specifications, and cybersecurity solutions that take into account risk, budget, and organizational goals. Very good communication and leadership skills – the ability to collaborate with IT, development, and security teams and present recommendations to business and technical stakeholders. Proficiency in SharePoint and various technologies/platforms, combined with the ability to lead the integration of security solutions and adapt the architecture to new threats and technologies. Advanced knowledge of English.
