Customer Service Officer
We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Officer to support payment transactions, regulatory services, booking administration, and customer enquiries. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Handle payment collection, reconciliation, refunds, and cash float management in accordance with established procedures. Process regulatory transactions, including road tax renewals and updates to LTA-related records and systems. Process road tax renewals, update records in the LTA online portal and collect payments through NETS or SGQR. Update IU, OBU and private-hire car decal information in the LTA system accurately and promptly. Assist customers with bookings, amendments, and cancellations. Respond to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries professionally and promptly. Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure confidentiality of customer and company information. Support administrative work, housekeeping, committees, projects and other operational duties assigned by the Head/Lead CSO or Head of Operations. Requirements Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, SPM, or equivalent qualification. Candidates with relevant customer service or cashiering experience may also be considered. Able to work shifts, overtime, and across different locations when required. Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
