JUNIOR CHEF

Our working hours vary depending on the outlet and restaurant concept. Generally, our arrangements are as follows:

Full-Service Restaurants: typically, 5.5 days/ 49.5 working hours per week.

Quick-Service Restaurants:5.5 days/ 60.5 working hours per week.

Both arrangements include overtime, as the basic working hours are 44 hours per week. Actual schedules and working days depend on the outlet's operational requirements, and employees are required to work shifts.

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: Generally around the applicable Progressive Wage Model (PWM) wage level, depending on the position and candidate's experience.

Annual Leave: Starting from 7 days per year.

Medical Benefits: Company group insurance covering outpatient treatment, dental and TCM.

Staff Benefits: Staff discounts and birthday vouchers upon confirmation.

Incentives & Bonuses: Outlet incentives and performance bonuses, subject to company and individual performance.

AWS / 13th Month Bonus: Not provided.
