Food Service Ambassador

Responsibilities

• To interact with patients on daily basis for meal ordering
• To take patients’ meal orders

• To follow up with any changes to patients’ meals (New Admissions, Meal Amendments, etc.)
• To key in patients’ meal orders to meal ordering form

• To work with Food Services Vendor for patients’ meals
• Ensure patients’ meal orders are accurate

• Assist with daily operations in Food Services

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Good customer service

• Able to work effectively with Microsoft Excel, Computer, and Tablets
• Willing to stand for long hours

• Able to work in a team
