Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Conducts joint inspections with customer(s) and able to follow up with required rectification works.
- Creates and use customized quality checklists for finished vehicles.
- Conducts quality checks on bus products in complete built state or at pre-determined production stages where required.
- Able to work independently with vendors and suppliers on resolving quality findings.
- Able to propose and implement innovative measures to continuously improve production quality of buses.
- Supports Head, Operations Excellence in other QEHS audits and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics)
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the automotive industry or similar industry
- Class IV driving license is preferred but not compulsory
- Skills on vehicle inspection, vehicle testing and commissioning, and handling high voltage systems of electric vehicles are preferred
