Lifting Supervisor-Benoi

Responsibilities:

Responsible for day to day on-site project supervision and ensure assigned jobs are carried out effectively and productively in order to meet customer specifications, requirements and deadline.

To ensure the safety regulations and requirements are being complied on site

To organize, co-ordinate, control and lead to ensure that all lifting activities are carried out safely and in-line with the quality requirement within the specified schedule on site

Manage and direct the department prior to the scheduled non-routine and routine duties

Attend all daily overtime, works and other production meetings upon assigned

Identify training needs of his team

Controlling of budget which includes man hours

Prepare and lead in Kaizen Improvement projects

Evaluate and assess the work performance of staff

Requirements:

Any secondary or tertiary education.

Possess 5 years of relevant experience in marine or heavy industries or construction.

Able to read and interpret both general and complex lifting plans

Possess basic knowledge on budgetting for works

Able to use Microsoft Excel for basic planning and reporting purpose

Able to work at heights and under outdoor conditions

Location: Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided)

5 days work week

Working Hours: 7.25am-5pm
