Operation Engineer

Job Description: Lead and manage a team to perform systems preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for a fleet of systems in workshop and ensure it is performed on schedule Responsible to ensure contractual monthly performances of systems and customer’s training needs are met Required to prepare monthly schedule, monthly report, indentation of spares and coordination of works with customers and internal stakeholders Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery. Drive continuous improvement in work processes and ensure 5S are performed in the work area Job Requirements: Diploma in Engineering field, prefer Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering Able to interpret schematics, technical manual and drawings for maintenance works Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to use analytical skills and a "hands-on" person Good interpersonal skills, proactive and able to work well with others Knowledge in SAP and military armament systems will be preferred Highly motivated individual who can work independently and lead a team Possess class 3 driving license
