Together, We Can Make A Significant Impact We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and optimize Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions that enhance VIBU's intelligent video analytics, computer vision, investigation, and enforcement platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with software engineers, solution architects, domain experts, and product owners to transform operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. The role spans the full AI lifecycle, including data engineering, model development, MLOps, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems.

Be Part of Our Success AI Solution Development Design, develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for operational use cases Traffic and enforcement analytics Incident and violation detection Investigation assistance Intelligent search and summarization Predictive analytics and anomaly detection Evaluate and benchmark AI models for accuracy, latency, robustness, and operational suitability Computer Vision Engineering Build and enhance Computer Vision solutions using images and videos Develop and optimize object detection models, object tracking models, classification models, OCR and text recognition and video analytics pipelines Fine-tune pretrained models such as YOLO, RT-DETR, ViT, CLIP, and other state-of-the-art architectures Data Engineering & MLOps Build data ingestion, data preparation, and feature engineering pipelines Design and maintain AI datasets and model repositories Implement model deployment pipelines using CI/CD practices Monitor model performance, drift, and operational health Support scalable AI deployment in cloud and on-premises environments System Integration Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms and operational systems Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to expose AI capabilities via APIs and microservices

Qualities We Value Knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Security or Information Engineering Working location is in Jurong East Technical Competencies Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques Ability to design, develop, deploy, and optimize scalable AI/ML models for real-world operational environments Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, OpenCV, Hugging Face, YOLO, RT-DETR, CLIP, ViT, and related technologies Proficient in Python and familiar with software engineering practices, including version control, CI/CD, testing, and code quality standards Good understanding of statistics, data analytics, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization techniques Familiar with cloud and on-premise AI deployment platforms, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices Data Engineering & AI Operations Able to support the development and production deployment of scalable, reliable, and optimized AI/ML solutions Able to build or assist in building data ingestion, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured datasets Able to process real-time data streams from images, videos, sensors, and enterprise systems to support AI-driven applications Familiar with dataset preparation, data annotation, data governance, and feature engineering for model training and validation Experience with model monitoring, performance tracking, driftdetection, and continuous model improvement is advantageous Problem Solving & Experimentation Able to conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and benchmark AI solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, robustness, and operational suitability Able to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues arising during model training, deployment, and production operation Demonstrates analytical thinking and a structured approach to solving complex operational and business challenges using AI technologies Passionate about exploring emerging AI technologies and translating research into practical business solutions
