Full-time (40 hours per week)

About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to fill the role of Hostel Receptionist. This position is catering to our guests' needs while ensuring they have a fantastic time during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide detailed information about hostel facilities, local attractions, and events.
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and communal spaces.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in spoken and written English, German and other languages are a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a genuine interest in meeting new people.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic IT skills
