Job Description

The As. Manager (Shift Supervisor) is one of the most essential members of the team in a restaurant. They are the one responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the restaurants, tasks are performed by employees in an efficient manner, and customers remain satisfied.

Responsibilities:

• Customer service and excellent communication with customers
• Support of the daily operation of the store
• Service and promotion of products
• Implementation of hygiene and cleanliness rules
• Collaboration with the team to achieve common goals

Required Qualifications:

• Communicative
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Teamwork & communication skills
• Team management and goal achievement abilities
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Problem-solving skills
