Your tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Production Management

Plan and control production to meet customer delivery schedules Manage Capacity Planning Control Productivity and production efficiency Analyze and reduce machine Downtime Control production costs (Cost Control) Analyze production data and report KPIs to management Monitor performance and propose continuous improvement methods

1. Control Plating and Surface Treatment Processes

Responsible for controlling and developing production processes, including: Degreasing Electro Cleaning Pickling Acid Activation Zinc Plating Zinc-Nickel Plating Passivation / Chromate Conversion Coating Sealer / Top Coat Baking (Hydrogen Embrittlement Relief) Able to analyze and solve production process problems, such as plating failure Uneven thickness, abnormal color, White Rust, Red Rust, Black Spot, Burning, Peeling, Poor Adhesion, Hydrogen Embrittlement Chemical residue, quality issues arising from the production process

1. Quality Control

1. Chemical and Process Management

Control chemical quality in each plating bath Analyze chemical test results and determine bath adjustment guidelines Control the use of Zinc Anode and Additives Reduce chemical costs without affecting quality Coordinate with chemical suppliers to solve problems and develop production processes; control wastewater treatment systems and environmental management in accordance with legal requirements

1. Machine Management: Plan Preventive Maintenance in cooperation with the maintenance department; support Predictive Maintenance; perform Breakdown Analysis; implement Machine Improvement; reduce Downtime and increase machine efficiency.
2. Personnel Management: Manage production teams, supervisors, and staff.

Requirements

Able to control and analyze plating quality to meet customer requirements and international standards such as: ASTM B117, ISO 9227, JIS Z2371 Possess knowledge in analyzing test results: Salt Spray Test Coating Thickness XRF Thickness Measurement Adhesion Test Appearance Inspection Cross Section Analysis Chemical Analysis Surface Defect Analysis Able to coordinate and resolve Customer Complaints, and prepare 8D Reports and Root Cause Analysis.

1. Age 30–45 years old
2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in metal plating and surface treatment factories (Electroplating / Surface Treatment) (Mandatory condition)
4. Experience in positions such as Supervisor, Section Manager, Production Manager, or Assistant Manager will be given special consideration
5. Experience managing a team of at least 50–100 people
6. Able to analyze and solve on-site problems systematically
7. Possess leadership qualities, good personality, and good communication skills
8. Able to work under pressure and make good decisions
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis programs
10. Experience in automotive part plating factories (Automotive Fastener / Automotive Parts)
11. Experience in Zinc-Nickel Plating
12. Knowledge of Barrel Plating and Rack Plating
13. Experience in Cost Reduction
14. Experience in Productivity Improvement
15. Able to prepare 8D Reports
16. Experience with Customer Audits or Certification Audits
17. Able to communicate in English
