Become part of our team as 1 Junior Software Developer After-Sales (f/m/d) Tasks

• Collaboration in the preparation, implementation, documentation, and commissioning of extensions and changes to existing software solutions at the systems of our worldwide customers

• Solving software incidents on customer systems as well as documentation based on service processes

• Technical and organizational delimitation of reported customer service requests

• Application support for the customer, independent resolution of error situations and/or reproduction of requests for further solutions

• Optimization and expansion of existing customer systems and processes

• Knowledge preservation and ensuring information in the SSI internal systems

Qualifications

• Knowledge in software development and the programming language Java

• Completed (higher) education in the field of IT or technology

• Relevant professional experience is an advantage

• Understanding of relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle etc.)

• Experience with the IDE Eclipse is desirable

• Know-how regarding Design Patterns

• Good English skills

• Communicative personality with enjoyment of customer contact

• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 15% of annual working time)

• Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility, and eloquence

Possible start date: Immediately

For this position, we offer a minimum monthly gross starting salary of €3,267.00 on a full-time basis (38.5 working hours per week). The actual salary will be calculated based on previous service, qualification, professional experience, and the collective agreement.
