Become part of our team as 1 IT Business Development Manager Customer Services (m/f/d) Tasks

• Responsibility for the planning, control, and implementation of service-oriented IT sales campaigns

• Analysis of campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI in the CRM tool as well as derivation of continuous optimization measures

• Advising and supporting the Customer Services Sales teams, especially regarding upselling and cross-selling activities

• Identification and development of new business areas with a special focus on lifecycle (end-of-life) campaigns for existing customer systems

• Conception, organization, and implementation of sales and product training

• Coaching of the Customer Services Sales teams

• Development of new strategies for IT Sales campaigns

Qualifications

• Completed higher education in a business or IT-technical field

• At least five years of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, Business Development, etc.

• Sound experience in campaign management and Sales Enablement

• High business understanding, independent way of working, high initiative, and resilience

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, KPI-oriented way of working and strong result orientation

• Very good English skills

• Willingness to travel (approx. 30% of annual working time)

For this position, we offer a minimum monthly gross starting salary of €3,954.00 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). The actual salary will be calculated based on previous service, qualification, professional experience, and the collective agreement.
