• Support of our ERP-System

• Support of our users within the framework of 2nd Level-Support as well as structured analysis of errors and their causes

• Planning, design, administration, and further development of our internal IT-Systems

• Development and coordination of suitable solutions together with internal specialist departments and IT specialists

• Optimization of usability and support in the design of efficient work processes

• Contact person for our internal employees

• Implementation of training measures and support of users with new or changed processes and functions

• Quality assurance and implementation of program and function tests

Qualifications

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, TU) in the field of Informatik, EDV

• Sound professional experience with ERP-Systemen

• SQL-Kenntnisse are a great advantage

• Advanced English skills

• Team orientation, commitment, resilience, and coordination talent

• Solution orientation, analytical thinking, and accuracy are desirable

• High degree of personal responsibility and independent way of working is desirable

• Occasional international business trips to foreign companies

For this position, we offer a minimum monthly gross starting salary of €3,520.00 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). The actual salary will be calculated based on previous years of service, qualification, professional experience, and the Kollektivvertrag.
