What we are looking for:
To succeed in the role, you need to be a self-driven, structured, and responsible person who enjoys planning, prioritizing, and driving your daily work forward on your own. You have strong problem-solving skills and can quickly analyze situations, identify solutions, and make well-founded decisions.
You also need:
Technical knowledge and very good computer skills. Good understanding of operative systems, processes, and ways of working, which allows you to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize based on the needs of the business. Communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing. Good administrative ability.
Experience in space, communication, and pedagogical work is also meritorious.
Responsibility:
The role is responsible for the training and competence assurance of satellite operators. You provide project support during the transition from the project phase to operative operations, as well as support and implement new systems, functions, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Main tasks:
Plan, conduct, and develop training for operators. Responsible for recurring competence assurance and certification of satellite operators. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and functions within the business. Draft, update, and manage operative instructions and routines. Act as a supporting expert function within NMC. Act as deputy NMC Manager in their absence.
