Concept Architect Design

Your tasks

Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives. Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas effectively. Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design to push the boundaries of creative solutions. Conduct preliminary assessments of the feasibility of design concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations. Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards. Make necessary revisions to the concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements. Produce 2D and 3D renderings using rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
