SSAB - Section Manager Quality Management

You have a university degree in materials science or previous management experience/leadership qualities.

English is a requirement. We are looking for an engaged and driven Section Manager within quality who will be responsible for supporting their staff during the preparation and manufacturing of SSAB's products so that they technically fulfill the requirements expected by the customer. The location is Oxelösund.

About the position You will have varied work where you and/or your employees initiate, lead, and participate in development activities to meet the needs demanded by the market and support the production's quality work goals.

You work both close to the customer and the production and get an opportunity to see the whole picture in the business from order to customer.

The work of reading and interpreting customer specifications and standards is carried out in close collaboration across organizational boundaries outside the unit and the division.

The role involves having personnel responsibility for approximately 6 people.
