Bilingual Logistics and Operations Assistant - Shift Role

A national port operator company, with terminals for automobile operation, general cargo, containers, and cruises in the country's most important ports, is looking for: LOGISTICS AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

General Description: Manage Vessel Planning and coordination of work plans at the Port Terminal remotely and communication with Shipping Lines.

Activities: -Vessel Planning -Logistics work plan for the Port Terminal -Sending operational documents -Communication with Shipping Lines (Spanish and English) -Generating reports

Requirements: -Experience not necessary, recent graduates from all bachelor's degrees are welcome. -INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH IS INDISPENSABLE (B2/C1). -Basic/intermediate Excel. -Availability to ROTATE SHIFTS (3 shifts: from 7:00 to 15:00, from 15:00 to 23:00, and from 23:00 to 07:00). 100% on-site work, area: INSURGENTES SUR, by Metrobus Teatro de los Insurgentes)
