Senior Product Development Officer

• Plan, execute, and control product development in accordance with the work plan
• Coordinate with manufacturers (OEM, ODM, Supplier) to develop products
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to plan and execute product development
• Look for new trends and technologies regarding raw materials, formulas, packaging design, and general knowledge to create new products
• Learn and present interesting Product trends
• Summarize and report the progress of responsible NPD Projects

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Cosmetic Science or Industrial Engineering majors will be given special consideration) Understanding of Project management At least 4 years of experience in Project management related to FMCG products or Research and Development of cosmetics, dietary supplements, or other health products Interest in cosmetics and other beauty products Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Can listen, speak, read, and write English, and is able to travel abroad for work Observant, enthusiastic about learning, and constantly developing oneself
