PROJECT MANAGER

Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) ProjectManager

We are looking for an experienced E&I Project Manager to lead and manage Electrical & Instrumentation projects from planning andconstruction through testing, commissioning, and handover.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in E&I construction and project management , preferably in industrial, oil & gas, or similar projects.
• Experienced in managing project schedules, manpower, materials, procurement, budgets, and site resources.
• Good knowledge of Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecom, DCS/PLC/SCADA, ESD and Fire & Gas systems .
• Able to read and interpret SLDs, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, hook-up drawings, and IFC drawings.
• Experienced in preparing Method Statements, ITPs, Risk Assessments, progress reports, and technical documents .
• Strong knowledge of HSE requirements, Permit-to-Work systems, toolbox meetings, and site safety procedures.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in testing, commissioning, loop checks, punch list clearance, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead E&I construction and project execution to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety requirements.
• Manage site teams, supervisors, engineers, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders on technical and construction matters.
• Monitor daily and weekly progress and implement corrective actions when required.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
• Support procurement, commissioning, documentation, and final project handover.
