Security Auditor (m/f/d) for Testing Center (Entry-level)
For our testing center in Bonn, we are looking for a Security Auditor (m/f/d) with expertise in IT security for an early start in the field of evaluation of IT security products.
Your Tasks:
The focus of the advertised position is the evaluation of IT security products of all kinds. Our testing center evaluates the physical and logical security of various products, such as identity cards, payment terminals, Secure Workstations, Firewalls, VPN-Gateways, Hardware Security Modules, smartphone apps, and many more, according to national and international security standards (e.g., Common Criteria, PCI PTS). The test results are subsequently recorded in meaningful test reports. You will independently lead current assessment projects and carry them out as an IT security expert together with other employees and in regular coordination with the product manufacturer and the certification body (e.g., the Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI)).

Your Profile:
- University degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or Engineering
- High analytical and learning ability
- Good technical understanding
- Confident appearance and very good communication skills in speech and writing
- Very good English skills
- Ability to record test results precisely and traceably in reports
- Expertise in IT security: You either already have experience as an evaluator of a testing center in a comparable position or are a specialist in one or more special topics of IT security (such as the security of complex software or hardware products, network and communication protocols, operating system security, cryptography, vulnerability analyses, …)
