About the company

Pickmix Candy Sweden is a growing e-commerce company with sales in Sweden and internationally. We are now looking for a creative and engaged person who wants to take responsibility for our social media and help develop our digital presence.

Your tasks

About the position In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our social media, with a focus on creating engaging content, reaching new target audiences, and developing our channels.

You will work both independently and together with us and our employees to come up with ideas, create content, and plan marketing activities. The work covers everything from idea and filming to publishing, advertising, and follow-up.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Planning, production, and publishing of content on TikTok, Instagram, and other social media.
• Filming and editing videos, both independently and together with colleagues.
• Development of creative ideas, campaigns, and content adapted to current trends.
• Planning, management, and follow-up of advertising in social media.
• Communication with followers through comments and messages.
• Follow-up of statistics, reach, and engagement to develop our channels.

Our content is primarily aimed at an international audience and is therefore produced mainly in English.

Requirements

We are looking for you who is creative, social, and has a positive attitude. You are outgoing, find it easy to collaborate, and contribute to a good atmosphere in the workplace. You enjoy taking your own initiative, are engaged in your work, and dare to test new ideas. We value people who are easy to work with, dare to show their personality, and enjoy having fun at work while taking their work seriously.

You have a natural sense for social media, keep yourself updated on trends, and have an interest in what makes content engaging, how to reach different target audiences, and what makes videos go viral.

You are comfortable appearing in front of the camera and can express yourself naturally in English.

You do not need to be an expert or have worked professionally with social media before. For us, personal suitability, creativity, and engagement carry great weight. The most important thing is that you have a genuine interest and the desire to learn and develop.
